Made poblanos rellenos. Cultured fresh cheese mixed w/ salt, garlic, paprika, cumin seeds, and lime zest, stuffed in, batter-fried then baked (batter wasn't perfect), drizzled w/ picante and adobo sauces on a bed of fresh rice 'n beans w/ sides of coleslaw and homemade yogurt. Best. Food Coma. Ever.
